By signing this Code of Conduct Waiver, you agree to uphold the following standards of behavior during your participation in Camp Let Loose: Respect for Others Treat all participants, volunteers, staff, and guests with kindness, patience, and respect. Use positive and inclusive language; bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of harmful behavior will not be tolerated. Respect personal space and boundaries of others at all times. Respect for the Camp Location & Property Take care of all camp facilities, equipment, and property. Clean up after yourself and assist in keeping the camp environment tidy and welcoming. Do not engage in any activities that may cause damage to property or the environment. Following Rules & Directions Listen to and follow all instructions given by Friendship Circle staff, camp leaders, and volunteers. Adhere to all safety guidelines and emergency procedures. Remain within designated camp areas and do not leave the group without permission from a staff member. Participation & Attitude Arrive on time, ready to engage in camp activities with a positive attitude. Be an active and supportive participant, encouraging friendship and teamwork. If a problem arises, report concerns to a staff member rather than attempting to handle them alone. Zero-Tolerance Policies The use of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco is strictly prohibited. Physical violence, inappropriate behavior, or refusal to follow camp rules may result in immediate removal from the program. Theft, vandalism, or any other unlawful behavior will be reported and handled accordingly.
